I have quite a bit of knowledge and information on Sun City Mesquite so lean on me for questions, showings and purchases.

Build Schedule, Square Footage and Pricing:

• The sales office will be open daily. Please contact me directly for an appointment.
• Recreation Center opened November 2007.
• All homes are detached single-family residences.
• Prices will range from the $191,490 up to $396,490. Various upgrades are available.
• Some lots have lot premiums.
• All the homes are energy efficient.
• Investors are not allowed nor rentals. Purchase documents calls for the home to be owner occupied or a second home.
• A total of 14 floor plans are available. Just released are the Juniper and Joshua models.
• BASE Price for the series of homes: as of 04/23/2008 (Prices subject to change)
